This design comes from a mannequin that was in a nurse’s clothing shop my sister worked in while putting herself through nursing school. The Strout style is named for Shirley and Dave Strout who were like a second set of parents to me and helped guide me through some times in my life when I needed some extra love.  Somehow they knew that and gave it unfalteringly, no matter what I did or how much trouble I got their oldest son into.
